What to wear is a huge question and one that may have you putting off getting photos taken. I get not wanting to figure that out!! For individual sessions I schedule a zoom with you and we go through your closet and figure it out!

I have a prep guide I send out for ALL types of sessions, including team headshots on location with wardrobe tips.

Wardrobe can truly make your session, so it's a priority of mine to help you with that so you are confident in what you are wearing to your session.

Feeling confident in what you are wearing helps you show confidence in your photos.

Professional Makeup

Number 2 is getting professional makeup done. I include this in all my regular sessions for those for whom it is relevant. You just show up as you are and don't have to worry about having the right makeup for your skin tone and for on camera. My makeup artist applies makeup in the style you prefer and you get to enjoy the pampering!

I even encourage professional makeup for smaller sessions too and have info on how to get that.

Direction!

You don’t need to think about posing or even expressions—I direct you every step of the way. From positioning to angles to finding your most confident looks, I make sure you feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera.

I take a variety of angles and sides, find what looks best for you and work from there.

I even coach your face and expressions to get natural looks that are confident and approachable.
