Team Headshots: How to get great headshots of the whole team-ones that they will like and actually want to use! No small feat as most people hate getting their picture taken and feel that they are not photogenic.
Cohesive, professional headshots instantly elevate your brand and show that you value both your team and your business—building trust and credibility with your clients.
Team headshots look great on your website and can be used in so many other ways: in proposals, marketing materials, LinkedIn and other socials, business cards, speaker and author announcements and in so many other client facing ways.
So how does it work? My goal is to make it easy for you, comfortable and even fun for your staff. We start with a phone call to discover exactly what your needs are and what will work best for you. All my team proposals are customized to your needs.
Smaller teams might come to my studio instead, for instance. And maybe you want to include a group photo too.
Larger teams find it easier to have the studio brought to their office location. I help with scheduling before the shoot day so everyone knows when their time slot is. I send out a short prep guide with tips on taking a great headshot.
I take time with every person to capture a genuine, confident expression, using the best headshot lighting in the business—designed to flatter everyone.
I pay close attention to every detail: flyaway hairs, crooked collars, and always pack my lint roller!
I shoot directly to my laptop so each person can review their photos on my laptop and choose their favorite.
And all final images are naturally retouched so your team looks like themselves on their best day.
The cohesive background looks clean and modern.
Once I've taken your teams' headshots, then your business enters my New Hire Program. Anyone hired after Headshot Day (or anyone who may have missed the day) can come to my studio for a mini headshot session similar to what the team experienced on site. This keeps that professional cohesive look going.
Warren-bottom row in the middle- missed the team headshot day but you can see him in the group photo above looking like he was there!
if your office isn't based in Nashville but you are having a team meeting here, that is a great time to update headshots! Everyone is there already and can either schedule a time or drop by when they have a moment. I can scout out your location ahead of time to find the best place to set up the headshot station.
Easy, professional and customized to you. If you prefer a non solid background I have options for that too!
If you are still using dated headshots and your team members have changed significantly- I would love to help you with new, modern, professional headshots!
